The International Alcohol Control (IAC) study was initiated in 2010 with funding from Aotearoa New Zealand. More than 40 countries have now participated in some way in the IAC study.
The objective is to provide rigorous tools to measure alcohol policy status and measure change over time in a collaborative international project.
The Alcohol Policy Tool is an online instrument to collect comparable information on the four most cost effective alcohol policies. It is being used to allow comparison between countries and to measure change over time.
